Every Milano Bike bicycle is assembled and packed in Italy with maximum care by qualified and certified personnel.

The warranty on our bicycles will be valid for 24 months – in Italy and in all C.E.E. countries – on the main components such as the frame, fork, brakes, bottom bracket, crankset, gearbox, wheels, engine and battery.

(The warranty period is established by the law and by the community regulations – directive 99/44 / CE.)

The warranty starts from the date of purchase (from the date of the receipt or equivalent tax document accompanied by the stamp of the authorized dealer).
